Hi everyone, I've been thinking about the timing of when this happened. Monte Bowman was shot at around 2:15 a.m., which seems like an odd time for him to be at the Happy Shoppers Market. I wonder if anyone in the neighborhood might have some insight into why Monte might have been there. Was it a common hangout spot at night, or did anyone witness activity there around that time regularly? Maybe there’s someone out there who frequently saw him or others in the area during those late-night hours. I can't imagine what his family is going through, knowing that he was out there at that time, possibly in danger. I hope someone comes forward with any bit of information that could bring peace to Monte's family. Stay safe, everyone.
