Hey everyone, just recently came across the case of Jovanny Hector Puga and wanted to share something that's been on my mind. Does anyone know if there have been any recent efforts or searches organized by family members or local groups to locate Jovanny’s remains? It’s been years, but sometimes new technology or community involvement can bring breakthroughs even after a long time. I remember hearing about other cases where ground-penetrating radar or other tech was used successfully. It feels critical for the family to have a place to grieve. Appreciate any updates or thoughts!
I can't stop thinking about those distinctive tattoos Jovanny had. They could have been such important identifiers if his body ever surfaced. The bull's head on his right wrist and "illmotion" on his left were quite unique. I always wonder if anyone else has come forward who recognized those tattoos potentially somewhere else, maybe someone who didn’t want to speak up back then for whatever reason. With all the places people travel, someone out there might have seen or heard something related to them and didn't realize how critical it was. It’s frustrating that after the convictions, his body is still missing. His family deserves some answers. Has there ever been any mention of searches that focused on areas outside of the Milwaukee River where he could have been moved later, perhaps?
