Has anyone else looked into the surroundings of where Fernando Andrade was shot? I did a quick search and noticed that the area around Winchester Boulevard and Williamsburg Drive seems like a busy spot, even at night. It got me thinking about how many people might’ve been around when this happened. It’s tragic that no one has been able to come forward with solid information yet. For Fernando’s family and friends, I hope someone who was out there that night saw something — maybe a car driving away or anything suspicious. The fact that this case remains unsolved is so difficult to comprehend. Anyone familiar with this area think there are places nearby that might have cameras that could've captured something useful for the investigation? I really hope more details emerge soon.
