Does anyone else find it odd that there were no witnesses who came forward from such a populated area like Somerset Boulevard? I've driven through that part of Paramount a few times, and it's usually pretty busy, especially on a Sunday morning. It just seems like someone would have seen or heard something. It breaks my heart for Javier's family; not knowing who did this must be unbearable. I really hope that someone with information finds the courage to speak up. This could be a chance for the community to rally together and help bring some closure for his loved ones. Every little detail could matter, so please, if you know anything, reach out to the authorities.

It makes me wonder about the witnesses that could have been around Somerset Boulevard at the time. Isn’t it a busy area?
