Has anyone else been following the timeline discrepancies in Mary Zapata’s case? I was just reviewing the details again, and I noticed that the neighbors reported seeing someone acting suspicious in the area the night before her tragic death, but this wasn’t fully addressed in the initial police statements. It seems like such a crucial detail that could have quickly led to identifying the suspect earlier. My heart goes out to Mary’s family and friends, who must have gone through immense turmoil not knowing what happened for so long. It’s just so frustrating when vital information doesn't come to light sooner. If only things had been pieced together more quickly, maybe it could have eased some of the family’s suffering. Does anyone have more information on whether investigators ever followed up on these sightings?
