West Foothill Boulevard is known to be a busy part of San Bernardino with a lot of foot traffic and businesses around. It's puzzling that no one has come forward with concrete information, considering the shooting happened in broad daylight. You’d think someone walking by or a local shop might’ve seen something or captured something on security footage. It must be incredibly difficult for Raynesha’s family, knowing that someone out there could hold the key to what happened that day. My heart goes out to them, and I hope with more awareness, someone with information will have the courage to come forward.
