I’ve been following Misty Smith Walton's case since it happened, and it's still so painful knowing this loving mother and her unborn child lost their lives in such a senseless act. I'm really curious about the whole car alarm situation. Do we know if there have been other incidents involving car alarms going off in that neighborhood around the same time? It's haunting to think that Misty and her husband walked into danger because of something as common as a car alarm. What if someone set it off deliberately to lure them outside? It’s tough to wrap my head around the sheer randomness and brutality of this crime when Misty was someone who was doing so much good in her community. Imagine the kind of impact she would have continued to make, especially as PTA president. Her absence is undoubtedly felt by so many, not just her family. I sincerely hope anyone with info comes forward soon. The family deserves answers, and Misty deserves justice. Anyone else have thoughts on the possible motive or recognize any patterns in similar cases?
