Steven Falcon, 32, was killed in a drive-by shooting on November 10, 2019, in Selma, California. The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. while he was in his garage near Saginaw and Mitchell avenues. A 6-year-old stepdaughter was also struck in the leg and survived.
