Hi everyone,
I’ve been following the discussion about Rey David Cruz’s case quite closely, and something struck me recently. Has there been any talk about the surveillance footage in the Southwinds neighborhood? Given the frequency of incidents, you’d think there might be some cameras in the area, whether public or private. Perhaps local businesses or even residents had cameras that might have captured something that could be useful in the investigation.
It's just heartbreaking that despite being such a close-knit community, things like this happen, and we’re left with so many unanswered questions. It’s a reminder of how important community involvement is. If anyone knows a local who might have additional insight or footage from that night, it could be crucial.
My thoughts are with Rey's family as they navigate through this difficult time. If I hear any updates, I'll be sure to share. Let’s keep pushing for justice for Rey.

Has anyone else been thinking about the information that the police have released, or rather, the lack of it? I can't imagine how difficult this must be for Rey's family, not having answers or even a suspect named after all this time. It’s almost four years now. The fact that it’s been labeled gang-related might have made people hesitant to come forward, which could be complicating the investigation. I wonder if there's more to this that the police haven’t shared due to it being an ongoing investigation.
I know it's frustrating for everyone who cares about Rey and the safety of the community. I hope this gets the attention it deserves, and the right people step up with the crucial information to find whoever did this. Sending thoughts and prayers to his loved ones, hoping for a breakthrough soon.
