I've been following the Noonan case for a while and something that keeps coming to mind is the role of technology in all of this. It's chilling to think how Ruggiero used text messages to lure Noonan to the Motel 6. Social media and instant messaging have become such integral parts of our lives, but in this case, they were tools for manipulation and deceit. I can't help but wonder if those messages might have provided any clues or red flags that something sinister was about to unfold. My thoughts are with John's family and friends who must be going through unimaginable pain. It's awful how technology, which connects us, was used with such intent to lead John into a dangerous situation. I hope they find some comfort in the support of each other and the swift actions taken by the police in bringing the perpetrators to justice.
