Has anyone else noticed the lack of surveillance footage from the area around Lausat Place when Constance was killed? It seems odd given that it's a residential area where people often have security cameras. It's deeply frustrating knowing there might be crucial evidence out there that hasn't surfaced. She was so young and well-loved, and her family deserves answers. I really hope someone out there has footage from that day and comes forward to help push this investigation forward. Every little bit could make a big difference in finding justice for Constance and her loved ones. My heart goes out to them during this incredibly difficult time.

I came across Constance Elena “Phat” Streho’s case while reading about unsolved crimes in New Orleans, and it really struck me how fragile life can be. I’ve been thinking about the role her community might have in bringing those responsible to justice. It’s heartbreaking that even after all these years, no one has come forward with solid information. It makes me wonder about the people living in the area where Constance was killed. Is there a sense of fear that prevents them from speaking up, or is it the usual distrust of law enforcement? New Orleans has its fair share of challenges, and it seems like many cases remain unsolved because people feel trapped between gangs and lack of safety. Has anyone heard anything more about local efforts to push for justice? Or perhaps how Crimestoppers’ rewards have worked in similar cases? Constance’s family deserves answers and peace, and I hope this community can help bring that for them.
