It's so deeply upsetting to read about the shocking incident surrounding Dany Josellito Carrillo-Ramos. I was particularly struck by how he was juggling two jobs, doing everything he could to provide for his family. It’s tough to comprehend the impact his sudden loss has on his loved ones, especially his young daughter, who now has to grow up without her father. While justice is being pursued, with Anthony Dajuan Hodge in custody, it's hard not to feel the lingering sadness and frustration over the senseless nature of this tragedy. Community safety is a huge concern, and hearing stories like this one makes it evident that something has to change. How do we as a community work together to prevent such tragedies from happening again in the future? My thoughts are entirely with Dany's family and everyone who cared for him. If anyone here has participated in the fundraiser or knows other ways to support his family, please share. It would be great to come together in any way possible to help them through this unfathomable time.
