Does anyone have any information about community initiatives or vigils held in honor of Jesse Serafin Torres? I feel deeply for Jesse’s friends and family, given they still have no answers. I came across his story while researching unresolved cases in Los Angeles, and it's stuck with me how little closure the families of victims get sometimes.
It would be great if we could learn about efforts that the community has made to remember Jesse and perhaps push for resolution in his case. It's so important to keep these individuals' memories alive, not only to honor them but also to remind people of the ongoing struggle against gun violence in areas like Historic South-Central LA.

Given the location where the tragic incident happened in the Historic South-Central neighborhood, I'm wondering about the impact on the local community. It's clear that gun violence has far-reaching effects, not just on the victim and their family, but also on the people living in the area.
