Hey everyone,
I can’t stop thinking about the circumstances surrounding the time of the shooting. 8:10 a.m. is so early – it’s when people are usually starting their days, maybe heading to work or school. It just breaks my heart thinking about Jose Gaytan going about his morning, not knowing what was coming. I wonder if anyone around saw anything unusual leading up to that moment?
It's a significant challenge for the community, grappling with such an event at the start of the day. I'm hoping that more people who might have been in the vicinity are encouraged to come forward with any details. Even the smallest thing can make a huge difference.
Also, it is a reminder of how unpredictable life is. How do we even begin to feel secure when things like this happen at a time and place you'd least expect it? I hope his family and friends find some solace and support from those around them. It's clear that Jose was someone important, and his absence is keenly felt.

I've been thinking about the devastating loss of Jose Gaytan and how incredibly hard this must be for his family and friends. And to have it occur so early in the morning, a time when most of us consider the start of a new day full of possibilities... it really makes you reflect on the fragility of life.
While the arrest of Hector Castillo might answer some questions, I'm troubled by what might have motivated such a brutal act. It’s only natural to wonder about the circumstances leading up to this tragedy. Was there any way to prevent it? Could a conversation have changed the outcome, or was it destined to end this way due to factors we might not be aware of yet?
I hope the authorities can unveil more details as the investigation continues, not just for the sake of justice, but also for those closely connected to Jose, who deserve to know why their loved one was taken from them. My thoughts are with them as they navigate through such a profound loss.
