I wonder if anyone else has been reflecting on the location where Noel Garcia's body was discovered. The Round Mountain area of Windy Point Road isn't exactly a busy place, which makes me think someone who knows the area well might have had something to do with it. It's so unsettling to imagine the events leading up to his tragic end, especially considering he had a verbal altercation before things escalated. I can't help but think there might have been witnesses who haven't come forward yet. If anyone did see or hear something, it could really make a difference to his family, providing some much-needed closure. Hopefully, the reward might encourage someone to share what they know. It's a complicated case, but every piece of information could be crucial. Please, if there’s anyone out there with new insight, reach out to the authorities.
