I’ve been following the updates on Carlos Guillen’s tragic accident, and I just can’t stop thinking about how senseless it all seems. I read that the truck driver responsible for running the red light and causing the crash hasn’t faced any charges yet, and it leaves me baffled and frustrated. How is it possible that someone can be involved in such a catastrophic incident and not be held accountable, at least initially? This isn’t just about seeking justice for Carlos, but also about preventing something similar from happening to someone else. My heart truly goes out to his family, especially as they’re trying to support Emilson’s recovery and deal with everything else. It’s unimaginable what they must be going through, both emotionally and financially. I'm hoping they find the strength they need and that they eventually see some justice in this situation. Has anyone here seen any similar cases where the driver was eventually charged after some delay?
