It's been a few years, and I'm still captivated by Stratis Elmore's case. One aspect that intrigues me is his decision to borrow his girlfriend’s car that day. Was this because he didn’t want anyone tracing him through his own vehicle, or was it just a spontaneous decision without much planning? I wonder if anyone's ever come forward with information about seeing that car anywhere else before it was found abandoned. If he had planned to truly disappear, wouldn't he have used a more reliable method to cover his tracks? It seems odd that he left the car and the note in such a noticeable place if it was meant to mislead. This case just raises so many questions for me. Thoughts?
