Does anyone have more details on Donald Collins' last known movements before he was tragically killed? I heard there was some footage from a nearby business that might have captured something useful—it's been over a decade, but video evidence could potentially offer vital clues if it still exists. It's incredibly disheartening to think that in cases like Donald's, critical pieces of the puzzle might be sitting somewhere, overlooked or degraded with time. If anyone can dig up more about what might have been going on around his area or who he might have been with, it could be a step forward for his family who still deserves closure. New Orleans has come a long way with technology and resources, so let's hope something turns up. Keeping his family in my thoughts as they continue to wait for answers.
