Has anyone else been following the case of Jose Luis Alejo-Amado? I can't stop thinking about how his family must feel, not only dealing with the loss but also coping with unanswered questions. Something that's been on my mind is the significance of community involvement in these situations. The LAPD is urging people to come forward with any information, yet it seems like people are hesitant or maybe just don't know what they saw. I think if we truly want change and justice, we need a cultural shift where stepping up and speaking out is more widely encouraged and supported. I hope the community realizes this is a collective issue, and by helping solve such cases, we can maybe deter future violence. Sending my deepest condolences to Jose's family, and hoping they find the answers and peace they so deserve. Anyone else have thoughts on how we can better support victims' families in these situations?
