Has anyone else been following the disappearance of Carol Evans from West Point, Georgia? I can't help but wonder about the possibility of her being picked up by a passing driver. Given her Alzheimer's, she could have been wandering and disoriented, making it plausible someone might have seen her on the road and offered a ride, thinking they were helping. But then, where does that lead? Did that person have good intentions, or could something more sinister have happened? It’s so strange that there haven’t been any sightings or clues to suggest what might have happened after she disappeared from her home. Has there been any discussion or clues about vehicles in the area at the time? I hope the case gets the attention it needs for new leads to surface.
Has anyone else considered the possibility that Carol Evans might have wandered farther than initially thought, perhaps reaching a road or area less searched by the efforts at that time? Given her Alzheimer's, she could have covered more ground without realizing it. It's mind-boggling how someone can just disappear without a trace, especially with all the resources put into the search. I feel like there might be spots that were overlooked or assumptions made about how far she could travel on foot. Maybe there's a local who remembers seeing someone matching her description around that time? It’s frustrating, but every little detail might help piece this together. Thoughts?
I was just reflecting on the Carol Evans case, and something that's been bothering me is the lack of any credible sightings. I know it's been years, but usually, with missing person cases, especially when an elderly person with Alzheimer's is involved, you'd expect someone to spot them or at least have a lead. It's bewildering to me that despite such a massive search operation—including drones and K-9s—nothing concrete ever turned up. West Point isn't a huge area, so I keep wondering if there's a chance she might've been taken further away than initially thought. Given her condition, she wouldn't have been able to communicate well, assuming she was picked up by someone. Has there been any discussion about expanding the search radius or re-opening the case with some newer tech or methodology? It feels like there could be something everyone missed back in 2017.
