It's so difficult to see another community member's life taken so violently. Joshua James Green was so young, just 24, and regardless of any past mistakes, he didn’t deserve this. I’ve been thinking about the location where it all happened—the apartment complex on Mountain Avenue. That area seems to have a bit of a reputation for being a hotspot for trouble, but it’s really important for residents to still feel safe in their own neighborhood. I can’t help but wonder if any neighbors heard or saw any unusual activity that night. Even the smallest detail could be the missing piece detectives need. It's frustrating, knowing there's a killer still out there, possibly walking free right amongst everyone. I hope Detective D. Sawyer and the rest of the team get the information they desperately need. Green's family deserves answers and some form of closure. We can only hope someone steps up with information soon.
