I'm struck by how interconnected Lawrence's and Gregory's lives were, right up to their untimely deaths. Losing both a father and son figure on the same day must have been indescribably tough for their family. I've been thinking about the red pickup truck. In smaller communities, vehicles often hold a lot of history and memories. Did Lawrence use it for work, to help neighbors, or on family trips? I'm curious if there's any significance to the truck that might lead to more details about that night. Maybe someone saw it earlier in the evening or even noticed anything unusual during the day. If anyone has more info or thoughts, especially those local to Gert Town, it might help bring peace to a grieving family.
