Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how the community can play an essential role in cases like Kendall Feliciana’s. It’s incredibly frustrating knowing that a senseless act of violence has left a family mourning without answers. I genuinely believe that neighbors and people who live in these areas might have small pieces of information that, when put together, could make a big difference. I read that the St. Roch neighborhood, like many other areas in New Orleans, has dealt with its fair share of violence—making it tough sometimes for folks to feel safe or confident enough to speak out. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to live with that tension day in and day out. For anyone who may have seen or heard something, I hope they realize how crucial their voices could be in piecing this puzzle together. It’s a complex situation for sure, but I remain hopeful. The NOPD and community organizations have been really persistent in their efforts, and maybe, just maybe, more people will feel empowered to contribute to bringing some closure to Kendall’s family. What do you all think could be done to support this effort even more? Are there actions or initiatives that have been effective in similar communities that could be replicated here? Thinking of Kendall’s loved ones during this incredibly tough time. Stay safe, everyone.

I’ve been reading about Kendall Feliciana’s case, and I’m just struggling to grasp how someone could be caught up in something so senseless. My heart goes out to his family. It must be devastating to have no answers about who was responsible for this tragedy. It makes me think about the larger issue of violence in neighborhoods like St. Roch. It seems like a lot of people still live in fear, and it's tough to see how change can happen when so many cases remain unsolved. Does anyone here live in the neighborhood or know how the local community has been handling the aftermath of this? Any efforts or changes happening on the ground to address these issues? I really hope that one day, those responsible are held accountable, and Kendall’s family gets the justice they deserve.
