I’ve been following the case of James Ernest Ellis closely, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who are still searching for answers. One thing I’m curious about is the role of community surveillance in the area. Given the location of the shooting on East California Avenue, does anyone know if there are businesses with cameras that might have caught something that night? It’s frustrating to hear there’s still no suspect information. If anyone has any insights or theories about possible footage, it would be a step forward in this terribly difficult situation.
