I’ve been following the investigation into Moises Estrada's murder, and something that's been on my mind is the role of the ShotSpotter technology in this case. It's troubling to think that despite having this advanced tech to detect gunshots, we still have so little info on what happened. How did the situation escalate to such a tragic outcome?
It breaks my heart thinking about Moises's family having to endure such uncertainty. It seems like the technology helped the police get there quickly, but unfortunately, it was already too late. I'm really hoping someone in the area might have seen something or knows something and will come forward. It's hard to imagine this happening so early in the day without anyone noticing. Sending all my support to his loved ones during this difficult time.

I wanted to talk a bit about the ShotSpotter technology that alerted authorities on the morning Moises Estrada was found. It's such a sobering thought that it took advanced tech to respond quickly to the tragedy, but at the same time, it makes me wonder how different things could have been without it. It’s scary to think about the number of lives that could be saved or crimes prevented if this kind of tech was more widespread.
