Has anyone else been following the details about how investigators tracked down the vehicle used in the shootings? I read that it was a really pivotal part of connecting Stringfellow to Emmett Marcus Stokes' murder. It's chilling to think how a single piece of evidence can lead to such a breakthrough in a case like this. Apparently, the car was registered to Stringfellow's mother, and once detectives were able to make that connection, things started moving quickly. It sounds like some excellent detective work, but it must be so tough for the family to relive everything during the investigation. I can't imagine the rollercoaster of emotions they're going through. Hoping they find the strength they need to get through this difficult time.
