Has anyone been following the case around Randy Ray Belanger? It's so upsetting to hear what his family and friends must be going through. I'm curious if anyone around the neighborhood of Marin City noticed anything unusual on March 3? With Randy's car parked with the rear door open, it makes me wonder if someone else was with him or if he possibly knew the person responsible. It's scary that there hasn't been any information about arrests or suspects. We really need more eyes and ears on this.
