Randy Ray Belanger, an 18-year-old resident of San Anselmo, California, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2022. Randy was found deceased in the parking lot of an apartment building located at 419 Drake Avenue in the Golden Gate Village neighborhood of Marin City.
