It's so incredibly difficult to wrap my head around the loss of such a young life like David Avalos. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family is going through right now. What strikes me most is the community's response—coming together to hold vigils and memorials, trying to keep his spirit alive. It's truly moving to see people unite in support, even amidst the sorrow. I’m also curious if anyone has heard about any community initiatives or local groups formed in his name to combat violence? It's a terrifying reality that we need these, but maybe some good can come from such a senseless tragedy. If we work together, perhaps we can push for more safety discussions or intervention programs for our youth. Let's hope that the ongoing investigation finally brings some closure and that justice prevails for David and his family.
