Hey everyone, I'm still reeling from the news about Devon Stanford's tragic murder near Lake Merritt. I can't stop thinking about the bystanders who tried to help him that night. It must have been such an intense and distressing situation to witness someone in such need and feel so helpless. I really hope they're doing okay and getting any support they might need after something so traumatic. It just makes me think about how important it is for a community to come together in such dark times. Hopefully, with everyone working together, we can find some justice for Devon and his family. Has anyone heard of any new efforts to support those who tried to help at the scene? I feel like it's an aspect that often gets overlooked amidst all the other details.
