I can't stop thinking about the community's response to Elijah Henry's tragic death. It's so frustrating and disheartening that despite so much evidence at the scene, no progress seems to have been made. I understand the fear people might feel about coming forward, but Elijah’s family deserves some peace and answers. It’s a shame that even with a reward up for grabs, crucial details remain hidden. This reluctance to speak up not only hinders this investigation but perpetuates the cycle of violence that plagues Oakland. I hope someone finds the courage to step up and share what they know. Every piece of information counts, and it could be the key that helps solve this case. We can’t leave Elijah’s family in the dark.
Has anyone else been following Elijah Henry's case? I can't shake the thought of what his family must be going through, knowing their loved one's killers are still out there. I was reading that the police found dozens of shell casings, which must mean there were multiple people involved, or at least several weapons. Why would someone just open fire like that? It feels like there's more to the story that we’re missing, maybe something tied to the other incident that day? Seems odd that two violent shootings would happen so close together in time and place. I just hope someone comes forward soon. It's hard to imagine how painful this wait must be for his friends and family. Holding onto hope that justice will be served for Elijah.
