I can't stop thinking about the impact this horrific shooting has had on the King Estates school community, especially after learning about David Sakurai's tragic death. It's hard to imagine the pain his family and friends must be going through. He sounds like he was such a beacon of kindness and support. What really gets me is that this incident happened in a place where people should feel safe and protected. Schools are meant to be sanctuaries for learning and growth, not places of fear. I've been following this case closely, and I hope the police can identify the assailants soon. The video footage showing them running towards the school is chilling. It makes me wonder why nothing has come forward yet. Are they local? Do they have connections to the school, or was David just in the wrong place at the wrong time? I hope someone with information reaches out soon. This community and David's loved ones deserve justice and peace. Sending strength to everyone affected by this tragedy.
