Hi everyone, I’ve been reading through the posts and wanted to bring up something that has really stuck with me about Alan Bruce McLeod's tragic death. What gets to me is the absolute bravery shown by his fellow officers during those tense 10 hours. Can you imagine the courage it must take to step into that kind of chaos, knowing one of your own has just been attacked? It’s a testament to the brotherhood within the police force and their commitment to keeping the rest of the community safe, even when they were in such grave danger themselves. It makes me think about the mental and emotional toll incidents like this have on officers. The fact that three others were also wounded is a chilling reminder of just how quickly things can escalate. I hope there was and continues to be strong emotional support for those who had to endure this nightmare. Sending thoughts to the McLeod family, and to all the officers who lived through that day. Their sacrifices and courage, much like Alan's, should never be forgotten.
