I’ve been thinking a lot about the narrative that emerged after Michael Condon’s tragic death and the impact it had on people who were connected to them both. It must have been unbelievably challenging for the friends and family of Michael and Catherine to reconcile what happened with what they knew of them as individuals. I read somewhere that Catherine was known in the fashion industry as someone who radiated positivity and warmth. This makes it even harder to grasp how things could escalate to such a tragic end. There’s often so much beneath the surface in people’s lives that remains hidden until it’s too late. I hope their friends and family remember the good moments shared with them and find peace in time. It’s such a profound reminder of how complex relationships can be and how crucial it is for everyone to have access to support when things start feeling overwhelming. It's heartbreaking for both their families—I can’t imagine what they’re going through. Anyone else come across something similar where the person just didn’t fit with what they’re alleged to have done?
