Has anyone looked into the procedural changes that were implemented after Detective Guerzon and Detective Williams were tragically killed? From what I’ve read, the investigation revealed some serious oversight issues, like the unsecured locker and the lack of supervision during the polygraph test. It’s so upsetting to think that a fatal oversight in security could contribute to such a devastating loss. I hope that in the years since this tragedy, these security lapses have been thoroughly addressed to prevent anything like this from happening again. My thoughts are with the families of those two brave detectives. They deserved better, and I sincerely hope that those changes have made a real difference. Does anyone have insights or details on how current procedures have evolved because of this case?
