I've been researching the case of Bellamy Gamboa, and something that stands out to me is the location where her car was discovered. It's been noted before that her gold Ford Focus was found near a dumpster four miles from her home, with disturbing evidence like blood and vomit. But what strikes me is the specific choice of location for abandoning the car. Was this area familiar to Lamont Johnson, or was it chosen randomly? I can't help but wonder if he had prior knowledge of that spot being a less-trafficked area, which could have made it easier for him to not be noticed. Does anyone know if this location played a role in any other criminal activities, or was it just sheer coincidence that her car ended up there? Any thoughts or insights?
