Hi everyone,
I came across Kevin Graves' case and something that struck me is the presence of the Twelve Tribes at the festival. I read that they were known for engaging with festival-goers. It makes me wonder about the dynamics of how these groups operate at places like Electric Forest. Could it be possible for someone in a fragile state like Kevin to get drawn in, even temporarily? I know investigators said there wasn't any evidence supporting this lead, but does anyone have more insight into how groups like this go about interacting with attendees or if similar situations have occurred at other festivals? Any thoughts?
Has anyone looked into the possibility of Kevin having wandered off into the forest surrounding the Electric Forest Festival? I know there were tons of people there, but having been to the festival myself, it’s easy to get disoriented, especially if you’re dealing with mental health issues.
I remember the areas around the festival were dense and vast, with some parts being quite hard to navigate if you don't know them well. If he was in a mental health crisis and didn't have his phone or belongings, he might have gotten lost and not been able to find his way back. I've always wondered how thoroughly the surrounding woods were searched. I've heard of people getting lost for days there.
My heart goes out to his family. I hope they get some answers soon. If anyone has more info about the search efforts near the forest areas, I'd love to hear about it. Maybe a fresh look at the search strategy could help?
