Was anyone else struck by the lack of CCTV footage in Christian Hernandez's case? It’s 2014, and you’d think a building lobby would have some kind of surveillance. It's concerning to think potential evidence could have been lost simply because there might not have been a camera around. It’s sad that Christian’s family is left waiting for justice and answers. You have to wonder if more could've been done in terms of security upgrades in public housing. Maybe revisiting these safety measures can help prevent future incidents like this. My thoughts are with the Hernandez family—such a painful thing no one should have to endure. If anyone knows anything about how other communities improved safety after such incidents, please share. Every little bit might help spark change.
