Has anyone else been following the Troy Grant case? I've been thinking about the eyewitness situation. I can't believe one of the key witnesses couldn't be located before the trial. It's upsetting to think how much that might have impacted the outcome. It makes me wonder about the reliability of witness protection or support systems in such serious cases. Eyewitness accounts can be so crucial, yet fragile, especially if there's no physical evidence to back them up. My heart goes out to Troy's friends and family; it must be incredibly painful knowing the trial went like it did. It just feels like there are too many gaps and unanswered questions. Anyone hearing anything more recent about witness testimonies or protections in Queens or NY in general?
