Hey everyone, I came across an interesting detail in discussing the tragic case of Carlos Figueroa. I've been thinking a lot about Justice Pulver and the role he played in this whole situation. It must be incredibly tough to be the surviving person in an ambush like this, not just because of the trauma of witnessing your friend's death, but also living with the "What ifs?" and knowing how things panned out despite efforts to stop sales or just to get out of there unharmed. With Pulver having been directly involved in this attempted deal, I can't imagine how he feels knowing that the plan hatched by Carlson Nunes and others was to rob them all along. It must feel like a betrayal on multiple levels—by people who seemed interested in a transaction that turned violent so quickly. I hope there was support available to him afterward to help cope with such a traumatic experience. What do you guys think? How does someone come back from something like this? It's a situation that's tough to be in—caught between unfortunate circumstances and the harsh reality that unfolded that night. It's cases like these that make me realize how important it is to have a strong community support network. My heart goes out to those left behind to pick up the pieces.
