Has anyone else been really affected by the bravery shown by the witnesses who came forward in Christian Garcia’s case? It must've been incredibly daunting for them, considering the fear of retaliation mentioned in the early phases of the investigation. Seeing them come together and provide information in such a difficult environment is truly commendable. It’s a good reminder of how important community support is in these situations. My heart goes out to Christian’s family for their loss, but also a big nod to those who stood up and helped bring some justice. It's comforting to know that even in the face of fear, there are people willing to do the right thing. How do we keep fostering this kind of courage in our neighborhoods?
