Has anyone else noticed how many good, hardworking people like David Stiner become victims of such senseless acts? It's so devastating to see a kind hearted man—who contributed so much to his community, like running Eastside Auto Garage—lose his life in such a brutal way. His grandsons will grow up without their grandfather, and no family should have to go through this. It makes me question what we can do as a community to prevent these tragedies. I applaud the police and everyone involved who worked tirelessly to bring some justice through the DNA evidence that linked Walker to the crime. It's hard to find a silver lining in all of this, but maybe these efforts will guide us towards being a safer community. Anyone else have thoughts on how we can support families like the Stiners over the long haul?
