I've been following the case of Seecharan Ahmad, and even after all these years, I find myself feeling deeply for his family and the unanswered questions they’re left with. What strikes me about this case is how crucial the role of technology was, yet it failed to secure justice. The text exchanges between Ahmad and Jakwon Ramos, which seemed like a key piece of evidence, apparently weren't enough to convince the jury. It's a reminder of how complex legal proceedings can become, especially when they hinge on digital evidence. I can't fathom what Ahmad's loved ones must have gone through during the trial, watching evidence they probably believed would seal the case be dismissed. I hope they find some peace and that one day, they get the closure they deserve.
