The video footage is not just evidence of a crime but a haunting reminder of how vulnerable victims can be despite their repeated efforts to seek protection. My thoughts are with Michelle's friends and family, who’ve had to endure the agony of losing such a vibrant, wonderful person. It’s so crucial that we push for policies that better support and protect victims from predators like Wright. Her story shouldn’t be in vain; maybe it can be the catalyst for the changes needed to prevent similar tragedies.
