It still pains me to think about the night Louis Barbati was taken from this world. I keep revisiting the scenario and wondering about those moments when Joanne found him. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma of discovering your loved one in such a horrific state. It's a nightmare that no one should ever have to live through. While justice has been served, I pray that Joanne and the rest of the Barbati family find the strength to move forward. It's devastating to know that they have to continue life without him, especially after years of dedication to both family and their beloved pizzeria. Louis touched so many lives through L&B Spumoni Gardens, and his absence is deeply felt. Sending all my thoughts and strength to his family and the Brooklyn community.
