Has anyone else been following the Ninja Mitchell case? I read that the local authorities really struggled with finding cooperative witnesses initially. It seems like the fear of retaliation or just not wanting to get involved kept people tight-lipped. I can’t imagine how hard that must have been for Ninja's family, knowing that there were people out there who might have information but weren't coming forward. It's a tragic reminder of how much work still needs to be done to make communities feel safe enough to help each other out. I hope that by now, people feel more comfortable stepping up to help bring justice for Ninja and support his loved ones. Sending all my thoughts to them and hoping for a resolution soon.
