Did anyone else catch the details about Thomas Carlson being a seasoned hunter? It's so hard to wrap my head around such an accident happening to someone experienced. I mean, he probably had more knowledge of hunting safety protocols than most, which makes me wonder about the conditions that day. Was it possibly a gear malfunction, or maybe even the terrain or visibility played a role? It just makes you realize how careful everyone really needs to be, no matter how experienced. My heart truly goes out to his family and friends who are left grappling with this unexpected loss. It’s frightening how quickly things can change out in the wilderness. Please, everyone who's heading into hunting season, stay vigilant and double-check all your equipment.
