Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into Mark Elliot Loesch’s case, and something that keeps gnawing at me is the circumstances around his discharge from Ancora Psychiatric Hospital. It seems like he wasn’t in the group home for very long before he vanished. Does anyone know if there were specific protocols in place for monitoring someone in his condition, especially since he had just been moved to a new environment?
