Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the tragic case of Orlando Concepcion and something just doesn't add up for me. How is it that no one in the building saw or heard anything suspicious around the time he was shot? The Melrose Houses have a lot of residents, and I'd assume someone would have seen a strange face or noticed something off. Orlando was just visiting his girlfriend, and a moment later, he lost his life. It just seems so senseless and frightening to think someone could do that and just disappear without a trace. I hope the family is holding up as best as they can, but it must be incredibly tough not having answers all these years. Has anyone heard of any new efforts to gather witness testimonies or any community-led initiatives to push for more information? Let's keep Orlando and his loved ones in our thoughts and continue to hope for some long-awaited closure.
