Does anyone else find the delay in Roscoe Foster's case particularly frustrating? Reading how the presiding judge had to be reassigned due to a conflict of interest just adds to the sense of injustice. Imagine the agony his family must be feeling every time there's another hurdle. It's been years since the tragedy, and they are still waiting for the legal system to move forward. While it's critical to ensure a fair trial, these continual delays seem to just draw out the pain for everyone involved. I'm hoping that the new judge can expedite things and that Roscoe’s family gets some semblance of closure soon. How do others in the community feel about cases taking this long to reach trial? Has there been any local discussion about changes to prevent future delays like this?
